ISSSE2010 will be held in Nanjing, China on September 17-20, 2010. This symposium is held every three years, and is organized under the guidance and with sponsorship of the international steering committee of the URSI Commission C (Radiocommunication Systems and Signal Processing) and D (Electronics and Photonics). It has a long tradition of moving around the world; the last three previous conferences were held in Tokyo (Japan 2001), Linz (Austria 2004) and Montreal (Canada 2007). This event is co-sponsored by Southeast University, IEEE MTT-S, Antenna Society of Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE), Microwave Society of CIE, IEEE Nanjing Section, etc.
       Scientific papers in any area of interest to the URSI Commissions C and D will be considered. These papers must present original contributions in the following broadly-defined scope. The language of the symposium is English.
       The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE and papers will be uploaded into IEEE Xplore.
