	Information for Session Chair


	The Session Chair of each session is expected to arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of their session (7:50 AM in the morning or 13:20 PM in the afternoon), and to check the attendance of speakers in the session according to the schedule. Each speaker has 15 minutes for the formal presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussions. Please remind the speaker in 15 minutes after start. It is critical to stay on schedule to accommodate attendees who move between sessions. Please make a break or organize a discussion if a speaker is absent so as to stay on the schedule.
