Registration Rules:
(1) Each paper MUST be registered by Apr. 5th, 2011 in order to get it published.
(2) One regular registration can cover one paper (of the registered author). The registration for the second
paper (and above) by the same registered author can be reduced to 2000RMB ($ 300) per paper.
(3) Student registration must show proof of student status.
(4) Registration can be paid in either US dollar or Chinese currency.
(5) One registration includes one proceeding and all technical sessions.
(6) The Paper which is registered after Apr. 5th will NOT be included in the final proceeding.
(7) Paper exceeds 4 pages will pay extra 500 RMB ($75) per page.
