The IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques (T-MTT), will publish a Mini-Special Issue devoted to the conference with substantially extended papers based on papers presented at APMC-2005. As a guide, papers submitted for publication in the special issue must have 60% new information as compared to the accepted paper in the APMC-2005 paper. In the journal submission the APMC paper should be put in contact and there should be a minimum amount of repeated material. The papers must be submitted electronically. Manuscripts submitted to the Mini-Special Issue will be subject to the same reviewing criteria as regular paper submitted to T-MTT. The email submission procedure is:

• The email must contain the following in the Subject Line:
‘TMTT Manuscript APMC2005 < with the APMC paper reference number>'

• Submit the manuscript in single-spaced, two-column form as a pdf file attachment less than 1 MB in size named submission.pdf. Minimize the amount of material duplicated from the conference paper. Put the conference paper in proper context in your submission. Include the title of the paper and the author names at the top of your email. Note that independent verification is generally required.

• Include a fax number at which you can be contacted in case there are problems.

• Send your email to the Editor-In-Chief of the Transactions at TMTTeditor@ieee.org (The editor will respond within one week of your submission).
