Information for Poster Session Presentations |

- The poster session s will begin at 8:00 AM in the morning and 13:30 PM on the afternoon. All presenters are required to mount their papers 15 minutes prior to the start of their session. Each poster presentation will last 4 hours from 8 :00 – 12:00 in the morning and 4.3 hours from 13:30 – 17:50 in the afternoon . During this time, the presenter must remain at the display board to answer questions and discuss informally the contents of the display.
- The poster display should include a statement of the problem, objectives of the research or project, the methodology used to solve the problem or implement the program, the major findings or outcomes and their significance, and conclusions. There should be a logical sequence -- introduction, development, and conclusion -- to your display. Each sheet should be numbered. A heading should be prepared for your presentation using lettering at least 3cm high. The heading should include the title of the poster and all author names and institutional affiliations. Your poster abstract should appear in the top left-hand corner of the board. Lettering should be simple, bold, and easily legible from a distance of one meter.
- Two poster boards are provided for each presentation, each of which is 1 meter high by 1 meter wide. The background color of the board is usually beige or white. Pins or thumbtacks are provided to mount your posters on the boards . All materials to be displayed should be prepared before you arrive. Supplies will not be available at the conference site .
